Great workout

As a man, pilates is not something that you associate with a workout but I have done the gym thing and I wanted something new. I saw this place and I decided to give it a try... and it kicked my butt. The staff was great and they didn't laugh as I tried many techniques that were new to me. I will defintely keep it up and let my new body do the talking to my guy friends. Another plus is that there are a lot of women in the class so I think it will give you that extra push.
So glad I found this place!

I have been hopping around to countless pilates studios in Brooklyn, and I finallly found "the one." They are in a great oceanside location far from the over-infested dime a dozen park slope studios. So over them...
Solo Pilates has smaller classes, which means much more individual attention from their extraordinary trainers. They all really care about helping you improve your practice and are very knowledgeable and personable. I saw their introductory offer on this site and decided to give them a shot - and I'm now a loyal customer at this gem.
- Pros: Staff, service, lots of personal attention, location, very reasonably priced
- Cons: Trying a million other studios first
