Finger lickin' good BBQ at a good price....I'm Stuck on the Truck!

I've lived a few blocks from this "place" for the past year and just found it tonight. The ribs were awesome. Moist on the inside, a little crispy on the outside, and seasoned with a great rub. You can really taste the smoky bbq flavor. Add you some sauce on there and you got some finger lickin goodness! Even the coleslaw and baked beans were great. I've been disappointed by other bbq places in nyc. The good places are way too pricey, and the cheap ones are greasy and blahhhh. This place has great food, is affordable, and is right within walking distance. And let me tell ya, this neighborhood is hurtin' for some good food joints. Add together Kings County BBQ, a pizza joint, a bar, and a ymca, and you got yourself a neighborhood! Keep on Truckin!!!

Kickin BBQ on Quincy

What a great find for our neighborhood that is craving food...it's good food too! I think this place was closed for a few weeks, but is open now. Ate there last night and got ribs, collard greens, and fries for the family. What a treat! You gotta try it. The only bummer is there is no seating- the guy said seating will be around in the spring. For now you can pick up, pre-order, or get delivery. Look for the truck inside the lot on Quincy. Oh, and the guy makes his own sauce...spicy and sweet.
