From The Owner of Motorino

The odd timeline that brings a former Bouley cook to Williamsburg to open a pizza parlor might seem like a long story, but it's more simple…

THE WORST PIZZA IN WILLIAMSBURG. Maybe even the entire city...

The only good thing about this place is the way it looks on the outside. It's a cute building but just admire it from the ouside...don't go in. You've been warned!!!! The staff is extremley rude, the food is horrible (my 5 year old cousin could make a better pizza) and it's totally over priced. $14 for what can only be described as a personal pizza with no cheese. Very sloppy presentation and NO TASTE. Don't waste your hard earned money here. McDonalds is a better choice... in fact a hot dog cart is a better choice!

Awful in everyway!. This place is AWFUL!!! I live just a few blocks from this place and had been meaning to check it out since it opened and I was extremely disappointed when I did. When we called to place the order, our server, Jessica was totally rude! Then the pizza came and the delivery man said he had no change to break the $20 I had - probably a total lie to get a bigger tip than was necessary. Then I opened the box and found a tiny tiny pizza - there was a shred of cheese on the pizza and it wasn't that great. It's a total rip off and the service and product is bad! There are a lot of great pizza places in the neighborhood and this is not one of them. Stick to Carmines, Tony's, and especially La Locanda - just not Motorino!!!

Pretty fantastic. Best pizza i've had in a long time.. The crust is pretty much straight up neapolitan. I've eaten the best of naples and the best of ny and this is up there, maybe the best.

Great Pizza!. I'm a huge pizza fan, and the pizza I had is probably one of the best Neopolitan pies in the city.

IT'S SO BAD!. Food is bad, pizza is burned. The black char is the only flavor you can taste! Everyone at the table had burned pizza! Disgusting! No one wears gloves in the open kitchen! The owner can be heard yelling at waitstaff throughout the dining room. I was surprised to learn that this guy( the owner) worked in a restaurant before! I guess he is supposed to be a good chef????? Bathrooms were filthy and the back kitchen area looked gross too. Bottom line:Its pretty bad when you have to peel away a charred layer from your slice of pizza while listening to the owner humiliate your server! We will never go back.
