No staff on floor. When you find one they have no knowledge. And they don't care. Then if you have problems with the goods at home the Customer Service peoplea are on power trips-real drama regals they are.

If you ever wondered who you can call when you need your IKEA stuff put together try these guys Anytime Assembly. They can deliver from any Ikea Store - Hicksville,Brooklyn,Elizabeth NJ and Paramus and bring the items to your home. If dont have have the time to put it together they can do assembly. Their service is Reliable, Affordable and a BIG time Saver. You can also request a roundtrip pickup from your home to the store,shop and be returned back home with your items. The one star review here is overstating the quality of the service by at least 3 stars!!! Take the ferry, look at the waterfalls, eat the meatballs, BUT DO NOT BUY THE FURNITURE!!!!! I bought bedroom and living room furniture for my son, and for my several thousand dollars, was held captive in his apartment for 3 days as the delivery/assembly people delivered only half an order, failed to show up for the appointment to deliver the rest, then took more than 8 hours to do a sub-standard job of putting together 5 pieces. And, now I have a piece with a big gouge in it, and have been back in telephone hell (on hold for a half hour, promises of being called back, never hearing from anyone...) for another 3 days. NEVER AGAIN!!
