Everyone in my family had some kind of horror story about some moving company they had used in the past, so I was very leery of trusting my money and my belongings to anyone. However, I had the most wonderful experience with New York Movers - Loading & Unloading Local. The girl of their customer service I spoke with her name is Lina and she was quite simply: wonderful. She listened to me and made me feel like I was more than just another job for her. The movers came during the time frame and my stuff was packed quickly and with good care and they were done in no time. I was worried that perhaps they moved too quickly and maybe my stuff wouldn't arrive in good condition, but my stuff was just as I remembered it. No marks, no scratches, no dings. This was very important to me since many of these items were my mothers and could not be replaced. I don't normally leave reviews, but I know what a hard time it was for me to find a good moving service provider that I could trust, and I just feel like if I can help someone else make that difficult decision a little easier then great.
