Great food and excellent service. I ate a chicken burrito one night and a bistec de camaron and I just has to say I want to go back to try all the menu because everythings looks so good.

GREAT FOOD!. Love the Guacamole and chips for $6.95.

the chicken soup is great. Authentic and taste like mama's home cooking.

Amazing Food & Great Prices. Maria's has been in buisness for 3 years now and I am suprised this place is not packed to the walls. The food is extemely fresh, everything is made to order & the presentaion & plating are outstanding. We had the guacamole & chips which were great and super fresh. Then we had the grilled corn .. taste was incredible. My wife had a salad with chicken that was out of this word yummy. I had steak tacos that were super fresh & tastey. We had some great Magaritas too. The pricing is very resonable & the waitstaff is on top of their game. I spent $50 for the both of us. The plates were huge & we had 5 magarita's. The only negative I have is the owner pushes the employees to constantly sell more food. We were bothered atleast 4-5 times for other items during our meal,

Despite the one negative I would jump at any chance to eat here. My wife & I eat out 3-4 times a week and love this place. If this place were in a better area you would have to wait 1/2 to 1hr for a table.

Amazing Marias!. I've been living in Sunset Park for about 3 years and have been frequenting Maria's Bistro for months. What a place....the tamales are amazing, tacos are delicious and everything is so affordable. The ambiance and music really makes the place shine. The entire staff at Maria's are truly accomodating and the service is spectacular. But like any restaurant, there is always one bad egg. The guy with the long ponytail, while very friendly, had horrible service. Whenever I needed anything, I had to only look at the entrance and he was standing in the doorway like a statue, talking and socializing while I frantically waved my hands at him to get his attention. Luckily, another server promptly attended to my needs. She was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and attentive. The other waiter( Australian? Irish? British? I believe) was equally as helpful and great eye candy! The manager was gracious and welcoming, talking to all the customers... really it was a great experience (minus the one bad server). Cheap prices, friendly servers, comfortable atmosphere... Maria's is my spot!!!

Best thing in sunset parrk. I recently move to sunset park a month ago.... and we fell in love with maria's. Great food great price...we LOVE THAT PLACE. the staff was warm welcome and the manager actually took time to sit with us... what more could we ask for.

I <3 Maria's Bristro Mexicano. I have found a new neighborhood favorite. The guacamole was delicious, the chips weren't greasy. The Bartender was accommodating and very freindly to my picky friends. I can't believe how good the food is for the price and portion size you get.I usually go on Friday nights because I don't think there is any better way to relax after a hard week then with some of the best margaritas I have ever had!!!!
