I had won the $300 certificate, and although I had read some reviews about them I figured I would go see what it was about. I was interested in getting some laser hair removal at some stage, so figured why not now?! I had my consultation it sounded great, so I agreed to the treatment. I chose the financial option, using MedChoice Financial. I knew my student loan payment were starting this month, so money would be tight, but a day later, I lost my job. So I knew I was not going to be able to afford the upcoming treatments. I called them up immediately and asked to cancel my appointments, etc and figured it wouldn't be a problem as it was 2 days after I signed up. They held me to the 10% refund fee, and got $225 out of me, when originally they were going to give me $300!!!!! What a RIP OFF!!! DONT go there, you will be disappointed. I have now also spoken with several people that have had similar experiences at the Bellevue clinic in Washington State, and please please stay away.
- Cons: Customer service seems great until you pay them. Not helpful when you need it.
