Horrible service. Very rude and unprofessional driver. The car was in the garage and wouldn't start: the driver refused to help me push it out of the garage, I had to do it myself. After the car was towed into a repair shop, the driver refused to unload it exactly where the repair shop wanted. The truck didn't even have working seat belts! The price is higher than competitors. Arrived later than promised.

Fast service, Referred to repair shop. My car was broke down and I called Late Bloomers Towing for service. They gave me an estimate time of arrival of 30 minutes; they arrived in 15. And they referred me to one of their repair shops, Zaki Auto. I was in distress at the time but once they arrived and towed me all my worries were gone. Thank you so much Late Bloomers.

Renewed Faith in Customer Service. I thought customer service was dead. Late Bloomers Towing has renewed my faith in receiving good customer service. Pleasant and courteous workers. Fair price. Speedy service response times. All the elements you appreciate when your car is broken down.

Highly Recommended Towing Company. Came within the hour promised, was super friendly, and the rates were reasonable. Best towing company in Williamsburg/Greenpoint BK area.

Excellent Service and Fair Pricing. I think I am a typical person that when faced with having to have my vehicle towed, a feeling of dread comes over me. I hate the thought of having to deal with a tow company that will "attempt" to take advantage of my situation - either by overcharging or lying that the tow truck is on its way but in reality arrives 3 hours later (if I'm lucky.) Surprisingly, I experienced a first when being towed by Late Bloomers. The service was excellent - the truck arrived when promised thereby eliminating the annoying waiting for hours from my road side service. The quoted price was fair - there was no need for any haggling of the price. And my car was handled with expert care. Good job Late Bloomers!

EXCELLENT TOWING EXPERIENCE!!!. In the past I have had to wait on average 3 hours for a tow truck even though I have been quoted a time of arrival to be within 1 hour. Late Bloomers quoted an ETA of 60 minutes to me and arrived BEFORE that time. The driver was helpful, courteous and handled my car with care. And on top of that the rate charged was very reasonable. Late Bloomers has given me my first stressfree experience with a towing company. If I ever need a tow truck again, this company is on my speed dial. KUDOS to Late Bloomers!!!
