Excellent Experience - Fantastic Lawyer. On his website, Daniel has a video in which he talks about how important it is to him to make his clients feel comfortable. He isn't lying or telling a story - he really means it. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into his office all the way through the entire bankruptcy process. Filing bankruptcy was not exactly something I was excited or proud to do, but he made me feel much better about it and the whole process ran smoothly.

He always responded promptly to emails and phone calls, and he answered all my questions and more. I felt very well-prepared for my creditor meeting, and I honestly can't say enough great things about Daniel and his practice. If you are in need of a bankruptcy lawyer, don't hesitate to give him a call!

Top notch, highly recommended in every way.. I rarely take the time to write reviews unless something or someone REALLY stands out as exemplary. Daniel Gershburg is one such attorney. He handled my case, a very complicated case with many exhibits, twists, turns, etc with absolutely astonishing capabilities. The 341 meeting (meeting of creditors) for my bankruptcy was terrifying until I sat down with the trustee, Daniel, and Danielle (his amazing legal assistant!). The trustee said "you have a very good lawyer" after reviewing all my paperwork. That speaks volumes. There were other people in the hearing that had woefully inadequate representation.

I recommend Daniel's practice as highly as possible to anyone who wants a competent, top-notch, effective, and courteous attorney. I went into this whole process being slightly ashamed, afraid, and worried to death. He and Danielle answered my multitude of questions and assured me when I needed it the most.

Dont be afraid... Let me first say that I thought filing for bankruptcy was by far the scariest thing in the world. There I was my husband was laid off 40,000 in debt plus the burden of a student loan and we have 2 small children at home. I felt like the world was closing in. i went to the debt counselors and explored all my options. But it was really unreasonable. Then I Googled bankruptcy attorney's. And there he was the very first name: Daniel Gershburg. I was so afraid to make that first call. But when I heard Daniel's friendly voice I became at ease. He made me see that filing was not "financial armageddon". He answered any and every question Quickly and at off hours. He made me feel at ease. He was always honest and held my hand evey step of the way. He was well prepared in court and so was i thanks to a great pre-court prep. I now see that what I should of been scared of was my debt. NOT doing something to making it go away. Now here i sit Debt free thanks to Daniel. I get a new start. And thanks to the counseling classes (which were knowledgeable, quick and easy) I will never be in that scary place again. my advice just call him, he has all the answers.

A Wealth of Knowledge. Daniel is very bright, intelligent, and an absolute professional. He has made my experience very smooth and seamless. Daniel had all the answers to every question that I had, and made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. Professional, Caring, Genuine person Awesome Lawyer. I did my research and after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to meet with Daniel, I was so nervous about the whole bankruptcy process prior to hiring him, but Daniel completely put me at ease and gave me confidence and explained everything I wanted to know in great detail. During the process I had many questions that I was able to email him with and he answered very quickly within 24 hours. Another major plus for me was the fact that I was able to send him my documents electronically. I attended the meeting of the creditors today and it was exactly as he said it would be. He handled everything professionally and all went well. He is genuine and truly cares, hire him you wont regret it. Thanks Daniel you absolutely gave me a fresh start. BTW his you-tube videos Rock!!

BEST OF THE BEST!. I was a bit nervous when I first met Daniel; the office was pretty casual and he looked too young (I was thinking way too much about old Law & Order episodes!). But he was confident, courteous and spoke to me so that I understood what was going to happen (he didn't just throw out legal jargon that I could NEVER understand). He quickly returned every phone call and/or email and was ALWAYS professional and supportive throughout my case. I would recommend him and his team to ANYONE without hesitation!!!

Best Attorney Around. I came to Daniel with my particular problems, issues and concerns. I was hesitant about moving forward not knowing what to expect. He really took care to make sure I knew all my options and was making the best choice for me. He was totally accessible and there all the way from beginning to end. I have no hesitation recommending him to either family or friend.

The BEST Attorney without a doubt!. I just finished closing on my apartment that I have been trying to sell for 9 months. Needless to say there were many problems leading up to the sale including a horrible experience with the bank that I had my mortgage with. Danny personally spent an enormous amount of time calling the bank and trying to rectify the situation. Danny's relaxed demeanor really helps when things weren't going my way at all. I highly recommend you give Danny and call, you will instantly like his personable attitude and price.
