FAKE. I cannot believe anyone would believe these reviews, the place is tacky and low class, all the reviews are extremely similar and some ridiculous. Many of the reviews are not for this place at all but for the upscale Concept Elite salon on the same street, that has been there for over 20 years, this place seems to be trying to confuse people with the similar name...and great reviews the other salon gets....

Hot Stone Couples Massage was Excellent!!‎. My boyfriend got the couples hot stone massage for Christmas, so we went in on a Saturday afternoon to get them. The hot stone aspect was phenomenal - the stones were used for the massage all over the body, and the massage therapist was great about making sure the stones were the right temp. Our therapists Yura and Vala, and we highly recommend both of them! We're going to go back for another, with the two of them again!! The therapists were very personable, chatting with us and answering general massage questions we had - they definitely made the experience even more enjoyable. Will absolutely go back!!

Most Relaxing Place in Brooklyn. I was having some back and neck pains from workouts and needed some relief - I went here and walked out feeling 110 percent! I went for an hour long massage and I cannot wait to go back. The atmosphere is great and everyone was so friendly. I will be scheduling another appointment very soon! I'd recommend going here to anyone. I've gotten other massages before but none were as good as the one I got at Concept day Spa

Concept Elite is the best salon in Brooklyn!. Concept Elite was a great experience for me from my very first visit.Everyone is very friendly & helpful.Always with a smile on their faces.As for my hairdresser/colorist,Cara i knew the day i walked-in with my husband that Cara knew exactly what i wanted.She was very honest with me,& i like that about her.Cara is a beautiful person inside & out.I never have to tell her what to do.My haircut & color is always perfect.Wherever i go i get compliments.

My Favorite Hair Salon. I love goint to this hair salon. I am always confidant that I am going to look better coming out than going in. My hairdresser Trisha is the best I have ever had. She always does my hair so pretty I feel like I'm ready to go to a wedding afterwards! The atmosphere is adaquate and everyone that works there is really nice. I have a good experience everytime I go there. I look forward to getting my hair done at Concept Elite!

Concept Spa is the best salon !. Mark did such a great massage on my back, I loved it, I feel 10 times better then i ever had in my life. The swedish massage was perfect, I felt so relaxed, so calm, so in peace with my inner-self. My back does'nt even hurt anymore, can you believe it!? I am deffinently coming back for more of mark's massages, they feel so good. I also liked the room where I was in, the aura felt so peaceful and sensual, and when the massage was finished I felt so energized, it was like I had gained a tremendous amount of strength at that very moment. It was the best feeling in the world.

The best haircut!. I pretty great place to go and get a hair cut and I am almost sure that I will be back. Erik is yhe best hairstylist! He does miracles to hair!

The best haircolor!. I came in with a picture of what I wanted - the blondest color . I am pretty sure that a lot of places would have told me that going blonder would be risky, since I already had spots of bleaching and whatnot, but Oksana handled it well and the color came out perfect! Also, the cut is probably the best I've had. I have very fine hair, and usually it's hard for me to get the type of volume I want, but with the cut she gave me, it's effortless to get it to look exactly how I want it. Not to mention I loved the tea they gave me and the products they used on my hair (oh, the money that would have been spent if I'd had it at the time). Whenever I can afford a full-price cut/color I'll definitely be coming back!

Ask Oksana!. asked a friend in grad school "Your hair is fabulous - where do you get your hair done?" She gave me the name of her stylist - Oksana- and told me that she loves going to her because she treats you with care and precision, as if your hair was a piece of art. I thought my friend was a wacko until I actually had Oksana do my hair. I have referred several people to her and have only received thank you's for doing so. From classic long looks, to short & spikey, to men's cuts, Oksana can accommodate pretty diverse customer needs. I

Erik rocks!. Compliments on beauty and style are most appreciated coming from a beautiful woman. Not one or two, but THREE gorgeous gals remarked on my haircut from Erik. He's got skills with the scissors, a great attitude and personality. He also does things to my hair that I never thought possible.
