Nothing to say about this salon. They ruined my hair totally. I went to this salon to color my hair. When I arrived there to have counseling they were very polite and friendly. But later on they not listen to me for what I was asking for. They applied me different color that I dint not expects and the products used were expired. My silky hair became very dry at last. I will not visit this salon again. Very bad experience.

My first visit in Spa. It was my fist time in spa salon!!! I was excited, Janna does for me massage, the beast massage in my life, for 1 hour for the special price in April special Olny 50$, can you image???? I will recommend this salon all my friends, good price, the beast gob!!!!

Fantastik Facial. I visted Concept Day Spa for a Spa Facial this past weekend. The facial was fantastic My skin was glowing and still looks and feels great. I had specifically requested Olga based upon a review that she received on City Search and I am so glad that I did. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I recommend trying her and she's definitely has a new customer in me!

The best Massage !!!. I went in yesterday and had the best massage and facial for men EVER. The entire experience was relaxing and awesome! The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good!!

I highly recommend Concept Day Spa! I rarely take the time to write a review for services, but this experience was so exceptional I had to!

Best Brooklyn Salon. This is my favourite salon by far!! Merve coloured my hair and Aksana did the Keratine Tretment.

The outcome was more than I had hoped for - they did an amazing job on my hair "I LOVE IT"

Beautiful salon with excellent service *****

I highly recommend this Salon to anyone.

Great Spa. This was my first time getting waxed. Olga was great and really knew what she was doing. The fact that she was a nurse helped with any insecurities. I will definitely be going back for my next one and recommend to anyone looking for a nice spa.

Best please!. Love this place!! i have been to many different salons/spas and ive finally found one i love. Ive had many services done from hair to nails and i have nothing but good things to say. They are a little pricey but they are worth it. Ive made the mistake of going other places to save money and you get what you pay for. The girls who work there are very friendly and they are very good at what they do. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

What a day!!!. I had a full day at the spa, from fingers, toes, massage and facial. what a wonderful experience Concept Day Spa gave me, the techs were all so great, but I have to credit "Aksana" for making it the best Birthday, WOW, that was the best facial I have ever experienced!!! I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again Concept Day Spa
