LAZY PHONE WORKERS NO PICK UP HIRE peeps who want to work. Ok, Seriously, who is running this Home Depot? Two months ago I called corporate customer service because I couldn't get in touch with anyone at this store. The "workers" handling the phones wouldn't pick up till well over a half hour wait, then they'd "transfer" you to the requested department only to be hung up on. Or, they would tell you to hold the line another 15 minutes without returning to the phone. I got so frustrated I complained to corporate because I couldn't get a $2,000 refund for a cancelled installation job because NOBOdY WOULD ANSWER PHONES at this location. Now, today, two months later, I've been on hold for 40+minutes, just had to hang up because NOBODY ANSWERS PHONES here.

towing policy in home depot parking lots watch your cars. i think management should rethink that towing policy they have or change the tow company bunch of crooks you go spend hundreds of dollars in that store to come out and find your vehicle on a tow lift and your being conned out of 100 dollars mind you they dont even give you a receipt for the cash humm i wonder if the state would like to hear about taxes not being collected that the tow company gives the option to get a receipt you need to pay a 10 fee home depot just lost a really good customer and passing the word on to all in the area one way or the other hello lowes i spend my money where they are appeciative and dont try fooling people out of money by towing their vehicles

A do-it-yourself mecca with more home improvement choices than Bob Villa has plaid shirts.. The Scene
Every shopper comes to this cavernous warehouse equipped with the same accessories--a list and a big huge cart. If you find yourself with questions, grab anyone in an orange apron and ask away. They've basically done any project you're contemplating three times over.

The Goods
You've never seen more options for light fixtures in your entire life. Or for bathroom tiles, or screwdrivers, or doorknobs, or for anything else you could possibly think of to use in your home. This is a fix-it person's Xanadu, and it has the dangerous effect of encouraging you to dream up additional projects as you browse the aisles. Don't stop inside the house, either: The garden center is huge and reasonably priced. To make the experience even more beguiling, some branches even feature a cappuccino cart up front.

Brooklyn Home Improvement. What's not to love about Home Depot, the ultimate in home improvement and one-stop-shopping? The stores are the size of airplane hangars; the employees are always helpful; and the prices are often very good. Some words of advice...this store can get incredibly crowded on weekends--it's a far safer bet to visit very late at night or early in the morning (it's open 24 hours). Also, when you drive in, head for the second floor of the parking deck, where there are far more spots available.
