Wonderful place!. I have worked for Kathy privately for 10 years. Throughout those ten years we have become good friends. Although, I live in Queens, I travel to Zoe's not only for it's professional haircuts, spa treatments and top of the line products, but for it's warm friendly atmosphere that welcomes ALL.

What bullshit!. What bull! I have worked for Kathy for 3 years and what is written about her in this review is not true! My name is Anna (too bad the person who wrote this can't man up and use their name) and it amazes me that it took whoever wrote this 4 YEARS to spread such horrible lies.That's right Kathy has not owned Jet for that long. Kathy has a big heart and loves her workers like we were her own. She is the least raciest person i know. I cant believe that the employees that she talked so fondly about at Jet would put this knife in her back. Talk about being unprofessional. Talk about trash talking and being a B*tch! Some people should really not throw stones.Please people look in the mirror first. It's just sad that this is your way hurting a very kind, loving, good women!

Zoe?s Beauty Products Salon & Spa. As the proprietor of Zoe?s Beauty Products Salon & Spa in Greenpoint Brooklyn, I would like to respond to the review which Erin C has given us.

I have been in business in this diverse City of N.Y for a little more than 20 years, in three different locations. I have employed males & females of all races and & ethnicities.

Zoe?s is not what Erin C claims us to be.

However, I cannot be responsible for what a customer might say. Had I been there I would have handled the derogatory remark differently than my two young part-time employees, who were shocked and embarrassed.

I was horribly offended when I heard what happened and would like to apologize to

We are not and never were racially prejudiced in any way.

Inappropriate language. I went into this shop on the evening of Saturday, November 8, 2008 in order to purchase stocking stuffers. I noticed they carried a variety of VoluSpa products. While I shopped down the aisle for myself, I heard a young Caucasian woman recanting a comedy routine by Kat Williams and she vehemently repeated "the N word". I could not believe my ears! I was the only person of color in the establishment - everyone else was Caucasian, and I do not even use that word. When I came around to the front and asked "Did someone just use the N word?", the three women at the counter and the other shoppers went mute and dropped their eyes. The guilty party replied casually: "Oh, I was just telling them about a Kat Williams comedy routine," as though she spoke like this everyday. I simply put back the $300 worth of stocking stuffers and hair products and exited. I should have said more, but, honestly, her ignorance was obvious and the cowardice of the rest of the staff made me sick to my stomach. Do not shop here. Racists and their coward friends should not get our hard earned money.

Haircut of your life. Toni has been in charge of my hair for almost three years now, and I will go nowhere else. The whole staff is creative, well-trained and highly knowledgeable. If you live in greenpoint, you shouldnt be going to Williamsburg to get a great do...if you life elsewhere...its worth the commute.

SUPERB HAIR CREATIVE STYLISTS AND COMFORTABLE ATMOSPHERE. AWESOME CUT AND COLOR BY TONI. I NEVER KNOW WHAT I WANT AND YET I FELT TOTALLY COMFORTABLE WITH HER. I TOLD HER HOW I FELT DURING THE CONSULTATION AND SHE MADE RECCOMENDATIONS AND I CAME OUT HAPPIER THAN EVER BEFORE, AND LOOKING GREAT I GET COMPLIMENTS EVERYDAY AND GAVE OUT HER INFO TO EVERYONE. MY HAIR LOOKS NATURAL AND CHIC LOVE IT!! THEIR SERVICE MENU IS EXTENSIVE I CANT WAIT TO TRY FACIALS AND MANICURES
