these people were completely useless. all i wanted to do was make a payment and request an auto quote. however, they couldn't help with either one. (you're telling me that you couldn't provide me with options and/or direction???)
which left me with only one option... to call the call center. it's sad to say that i needed to be connected to INDIA in order to get decent customer service.
