Worst Delivery Experience Ever.. Ruined our Valentines Day Dinner. Ordered from there tonight at 8:30. Food took 1 hour to arrive and turned out to be the completely wrong order. We called to complain & they said they would check it out & call back. They didn't. Then we called again and they admitted there was a mistake and they would redeliver. Half hour later and we were still waiting. We call them and they say "the guy is on his way". 15 minutes later, no guy. Finally, at 10:10, a delivery man shows up with NO FOOD. He asks us for the food we received (in error) back, so he could switch it with the people they actually delivered our order to. And then bring back our order to us. Our order, with raw fish, that had been opened by someone else and had been sitting around (unrefrigerated) for an hour. Gross, and also (presumably) Completely Illegal & Totally Unsanitary. Nasty! This place obviously practices horrible customer service and poor food safety handling. They were obviously unwilling to pay for their mistake by remaking our order, but they paid for it by losing a repeat customer. Never will we order there again. Happy Valentines Day!

The best tempura ever!. Tempura is always my favorite Japanese food. Whenever I go to a Japanese restaurant, I always order the same food: TEMPURA! This restaurant serves very good tempura. The price is reasonable and the service is not bad. Their california roll is tasty and worth trying. I have to apologize to the waiter because I ''forgot'' to leave tips for him. SORRY.

Closed, by order of Board of Health. Walked by kiku tonight, thinking about getting some of their awesome sushi...only to find the place closed, grate strategically positioned over a "closed, by order of the board of health" sign. gak. won't be going there again!
