They took extra time at no charge to get some tough stains out of my carpet. I wish I could post the before and after pics here. Thanks guys.

I am amazed that anyone had a good experience with this company. They completely ruined my couch and now have had it for a month and a half trying to fix it. They have been rude and unhelpful the whole process. I cannot wait for it to be over so I never have to think about this company again.

Safe for My little Rug Rat. Finally I can get my house cleaned and rest assured that all the products are organic and biodegradable. Leaving it clean and safe for my 10 month old baby to crawl around on the rugs.

smelled and looked clean. Area rugs and runners of mine needed to be cleaned. they were delivered back (free pick up and delivery)

2 weeks after the pickup.........they smelled and looked clean.

Red Wine Stain. When my daughter graduated high school we had a party at our home. I was worried about her friends, but it was one of my friends that spilled a glass of red wine all over my oriental rug. I called the carpet cleaners right away, and they came that day (after the party ended of course). We went on a trip right after the party, and they held onto the rug for an extra week free of charge. They were honest, the rug was clean, I highly recommend this business.

Helpful Cleaners. Thanks to all the staff at Brooklyn Carpet Cleaners. They were super helpful on the phone. It snowed for a few days and so the delivery guy couldn't make it, but the customer service people were always willing to check in on my carpet for me. When it did arrive it looked amazing. I gave out their phone number to my neighbors they were so nice.

carpet cleaning made easy. I usually keep things pretty clean without anyone's help, but after living in my apartment for 6 years, it was time to call in some professionals. Brooklyn Carpet Cleaners were exactly that; they very as professional as could be in every manner. Now that I know how simple it was, maybe I won't wait 6 years to do it again!
