“For those who have not been as fortunate yet to have the best pizza in Naples, finally you can now have it at this place in Brooklyn.”
“After several visits, I can honestly say that this "is 'the best pizza in New York city for its consistency. Every time I go back to the restaurant, I feel like it was the first time all over again! I grew up all my life with pizza and after having Luna R”

“went there with some friends of mine the other night and it was well worth the walk down Court St. Carroll Gardens has a lot of great restaurants, but Luna Rossa is really one of the better places I've been to.”
Great Pizza - Great Atmosphere. A really cute ol' pizza parlor in Brooklyn. Get a slice or pie with pepperoni!
Great!. Food is great, decent service. best pizza place around the area. Great for groups but noisy. Typical of a pizza joint.
great pizza great interior design as well. the pizza here was fantastic, great blend of italian flavors. the atmosphere was very romantic, nice design, great place to bring a date. check it out.
Nice Nice. I was on a date and took her here and she loved it; made me look good
Undiscovered Treasure!!!!.
had some friends over from Cali and another friend recommended this place, but never imagined that we'd find such a great flavor in the food.... totally out of control... taglioli frutti d mare, gnoci, pizza ohmy goodness!
all good, got to try!!
Best Wood Burning Brick Oven Pizza in Brooklyn! Hands down!!. After several visits, I can honestly say that this "is 'the best pizza in New York city for its consistency. Every time I go back to the restaurant, I feel like it was the first time all over again! I grew up all my life with pizza and after having Luna Rossa's pizza, I had no words! Fantastic! Luna Rossa will have you coming back for more.... whether your in the mood for their wonderful light and fluffy pizza, or in the mood for something special, like their amazing veal ragu` with homemade spinach fettuccine!!! Mamma Mia che buono!
better than lucali's. In my opinion this place is better than Lucali's for two reasons: first, though the overall pizza quality is similar (both are to die for), Luna Rossa has a much broader selection of toppings; second, I''ve never had to wait for a table here and the atmosphere is much less rushed (unlike at Lucali's, where hours-long waits are the norm and they really try to get you in and out as quickly as possible). I'm hesitant to review this place because I like keeping it as my secret neighborhood favorite, but I guess that would be too greedy of me.
Great Great Great!!!!. This place has amazing food!!! and the people are nice so you have to try this place out!!!!! they are number 1.
a must have. the atmosphere is elegant and inviting when you enter you automatically feel welcomed and apart of the family. The garden is great for lunch and dinner. The food all across the menu has a taste straight from Italy. The prices cant be beat and you will look forward to the next time you go.
don't walk, run. We ate outdoors in the garden, which is urban but still it is outdoors and has atmosphere. The food was great, the house red wine was excellent and the service was very good. The owners are Neopolitan. They have a pizza oven which warms up the restaurant. It would have been too warm to eat indoors. The dessert was real italian, as were many of the patrons. I was surprised the restaurant wasn't crowded. Viva brooklyn!! Enjoy.
