Upscale Williamsburg cafe serves light, European-inspired fare until late in the night.. In Short
Pressed tin ceilings, warm woods, painted brick walls and light fixtures from assorted eras create a thrift-store-chic look at this coffeehouse by day, wine bar by night. The menu features a variety of lunch items such as gourmet salads, toasted sandwiches, meat and cheese plates, and tempting pastries, including selections from the Vegan Treats bakery. Grab one of the tables in front to people-watch the sidewalk, or retreat in back to observe the cafe's own trendy crowd.

GREAT ADDITION TO THE BLOCK. good place for a lot of reasons, mornings are good to sit back w/ a paper have a coffee and get ready for whatever. the lunch service gets a lil hectic but the offerings are well thought out and tasty as hell. night time presents itself as a well constructed class act w/ great wines and beers. almost all the wine are of the biodynamic loire variety and the beers are german classics as well as some american micros. they also started a late night menu w/ plates from d'artagnan and bedford cheese , which needs no introductions. over all a nice contribution to an area that doesnt really have a lot of 'non bar' instituions...
