Nice people- HORRIBLE BLOND HIGHLIGHTS. I just went to the donne salon to get my highlights redone- I asked them to stay faithful to the beautiful natural blond that I had spent years creating with the Elizabeth Arden salon. They assured me that they would- my hair LOOKS HORRIBLE. They gave me the most yellow, unnatural, streaky highlights i have ever seen. I am so unhappy and almost embarrassed. I am going next week to the kenneth salon to see if they can do anything to salvage my color. Blonds beware! Just because they use Kerastase doesn't mean they know what they are doing!

there are 2 words.......... ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!!!!. There are no words to describe the customer service you will get here. Not only that i think that my Valentina is a mind reader, i didnt even have to tell her what i wanted, she knew exactly what i wanted and what looked good on me. EVERYONE in DONNE SALON is warm, experienced and professional beyond any expectation.

I remember the first time i got my haircut,(and every time) i walked out feeling like a million bucks, and it showed! I went to work the next day, people were amazed! Everyone assumed i spent $300. My hair looked so good they didn't even bother to ask where i did it because they thought i spent a fortune. Then when i finally told them i got my super chic look for $65, i kid you not their jaws dropped! talk about a beauty secret.... that should never be kept!!!

best haircut. I recently moved from the City to Brooklyn and I was looking for a nice place to get an hair cut in my neighbourhood. I was walking down to Smith street the other day and I found Donne Salon by chance.

As soon as walked in I felt a great energy and I understood this is the place that I was looking for.

Mario cut my hair the same day and I have to be honest: I've got one of the best hair cut ever and for only $38.50... I could not believe it.

Outraged!. It is true that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, yet I

definitely do not believe that your description of this salon truly

reflects them or the experience that I recently had there. This is the

first salon that has made me feel comfortable and really did the job

that I had requested. I was extremely impressed with the quality of

customer service as I left there feeling as though I had made new

friends. As for the fragment, "they only speak Italian", that doesn't

make much sense as I only speak English and we had delightful

conversations during my visit. The price was very reasonable and

Manhattan salons do not come close to the quality of this place.

Maybe you have a personal vendetta towards someone there because your

synopsis does not represent this salon.

best italian salon. I found what I was looking for the right place for my hair.

Fortunately I found valentina and linda at donne salon have saved my hair.

They are very good and they know what they do with great professionality ,the prices are not at all expensive.

In this beauty salon there is all the warmth and charm Italian.

Thanks to girls who have created it.

Overpriced underskilled. Italian ( they don't speak English) hairdressers that charges Manhattan prices and offers an amateur inexperienced service. The slogan say it all. What was I thinking? Buyer beware.

Professional Salon with Personal Touch. Donne Salon is great! The first time I went I was nervous about having someone new work with my hair, but they were excellent. My stylist communicated what she was going to do, before doing it and then waited for my feedback. She was highly skilled.To top it off, everyone there was super friendly. I'd never go anywhere else.
