what a language barrier?. i spoke english, the russian colorist did not! who knew what i was getting? we couldn't get on the same page, she wasn't understanding me and she stressed me out. after about 20minutes the receptionis told me to just trust her. you know what receptionist, unless you're a certified translator, then just keep jotting down appointments and shut up.

for all i knew i would have left looking like a russian mail order bride with chunky blonde highlights and big hair.

luckily, i dodged that bullet.
