DO NOT BUY ONLINE.....I REPEAT..... DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM BROOKLYN INDUSTRIES!

1.- Placed an order on Thursday Jan 17th .... free shipping, economy Fedex estimated delivery time 2 to 7 days.

2.- Monday Jan 21st, no email with tracking info

3.- Called on Tues Jan 22, spoke to customer rep, said an email will follow up with the status.

4.- Wednesday Jan 23 no email....called again, this time the rep track down the order, got it shipped, called me back and an email was in my inbox with tracking number (tadahhh!)

5.- Friday Jan 25 checking tracking info: package scheduled to be delivered MONDAY JAN 28!!! package went from BROOKLYN to NJ!!! and the destination was MINEOLA NY!!!

Bottom Line: If done properly, package was supposed to be delivered by JANUARY 25 the LATEST!!! instead of Monday January 28th

And....If I wouldn't make the phone call my order will still be in the warehouse.

so I repeat: DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM BROOKLYN INDUSTRIES

Brooklyn Industries takes pride in its zip code. There are tons of T-shirts emblazoned with everything from the L line to Brooklyn Lager. Reasonable prices match the laid-back attitude. With a nice selection of fuzzy sweater, weathered jeans, stylish sneakers and trendy jackets, Brooklyn Industries is not unlike--eek!--a Brooklyn Urban Outfitters.
