Delicious sushi and great lunch deal. Delicious! Picasso came highly recommended from friends and lived up to the hype. The sushi is fresh; the miso is salty; and the deep fried tofu in the thai curry is done perfectly.

Try the MangoTango, even if you don't dance!. I found this place because they were on a major restaurant site. The bill was quite reasonable and they weren't busy when I went so I didn't have the heart to use the coupon. Based on the food they should be very busy from what I see and maybe need a lot more exposure.

I had the wasabi shumai app.(really good) and the Mango Tango(lots of good asian vegs, mango of course, great sauce, and crispy vegetarian duck). The dish was really super. I look forward to returning and definitely recommend a visit.

They had lots more of course like sushi, panang, etc, etc. which I can only assume must be good as well although unless they were busier, which they deserve to be, I may hesitate to try some of the sushi. But that's me.

Great food!. The first time my boyfriend and I went there was Christmas Eve "06. It was very late but the owner was very happy to serve us. The dish I enjoyed the most was the "Dynamite" the black pepper tuna was so tender and had a lot of flavor. Also their fried oysters and Nabeyaki Udon is also a favorite. The owner takes special interest in her customers, bringing hot hand wipes to wash their hands. You must check this place out to appreciate their excellent cuisine. In the early spring and late summer you must check out the backyard dining area.

We LOVE Picasso. I don't know what happened to reviewer below, but we have been going since they opened, and they always have fresh sushi, and are very sweet to us. Definately one of the best in the neighborhood, and reasonably priced.

Avoid this place at all costs! THE WORST customer service!. I was really excited about having my sushi that night. They had something that was right up my alley. I ordered it and started to eat it. First of all, the sushi is NOT fresh. Then, I realized that they made one of my maki roll with the wrong ingredients. I told my waitress and she checked the menu and said I was correct. She spoke to the manager, and the manager told me that since I already had a piece they could not take it back and make me what I ordered. I tried to explain to her that THEY made the mistake, and that it was NOT what I ordered. She refused to give me the maki roll that I ordered.

There are so many Japanese restaurants to choose from. Avoid this one, unless you would like bad customer service and fish from last week.

Very good Sushi at a very good price. Wasn't expecting much when my wife and I went in on a random Saturday night but the food was great, the prices for NYC sushi VERY reasonable and the service was quick. The place wasn't that crowded which in NY makes one suspicious but after the meal I had no complaints and would just chalk it up to being a relatively new and undiscovered treasure in Park Slope.

Picasso BEWARE. Went on Thursday. The place was empty. It smelled weird but I stayed anyway. I figured it was industrial cleanser of some sort. The waitress offered and then never bothered to bring me tea. She was probably busy though - the staff spent a lot of time pointing and laughing very loudly around the sushi - case which is either heartwarming or terrifying. For for the past few days I've felt extremely ill. No official diagnosis but let's just say the food doesn't taste so good when it's repeated. ahem. I'm not just not going back. I'm not walking on the same side of the street.

fresh, delicious sushi in Park Slope.. I love this new restaurant! It is a welcome addition to the 5th Avenue restaurant district. Decor is modern and sleek, service is fast, and the sushi is delicious. There are a number of kitchen-dishes on the menu, which I didn't try, but I loved the lobster tempura maki. Definitely worth a try!
