AWFUL EXPERIENCE!.
Terrible Experience!
Highly NOT recommended! I’ve been a client for sometime now. For one they have raised their prices, and you would expect the service to be superb but that wasn’t the case. The place was empty and the lady was rushing like there was a line of people waiting. Received the worst mani-padi ever!...Looks like I just did it at home. Not properly filed, clumps of nail polish. Just awful. The service was terrible when I asked the lady to paint the white spots she left when painting and file the nails so it doesn’t chip off she gave me an attitude. If you want to get satisfaction from pampering yourself don’t go there, because I made the mistake of going there and I’m totally pissed off!

Feeling Beyond Peaceful & Calm Inside & Out ^_^.
Whether your budget allows a manicure, pedicure with several other special body and face treatments. Finding myself unemployed twice first last spring yet again just last month. Coming to Pretty Spa is a huge investment unable to shake off my depression with medical help over "12" months. The facial from May who works Friday to Saturday only takes me away to a better place. Her threraputic deep cleansing 1 hour facial will remove for awhile my stress. She also is gentle on tweens helping my "13" year old son with his acne problem Proactive did not work at all.
Getting lost in my car finding them by accident has been a blessing find to me, my family and freinds these last "2" years! God Bless Polly and her staff hoping her business will be around for many years to come during our challenging times.

Valentine's Day!.
My boyfriend planned a surprise for me for Valentine's Day. I actually had no idea where I was going- he told me to bring my bathing suit and I thought "hmm, it's like 20 degrees outside. where the hell are we going?!"
When we got to the spa, I was thoroughly surprised. It was all decked out in Valentine's day decorations, the people were nice, love songs were playing, etc etc etc. From the front of the store, I didn't expect the spa to be very large. However when the receptionist led us inside to the Jacuzzi, I was even more surprised. There were rose petals all over the floor, the air smelled like strawberries, candles were everywhere...and the Jacuzzi was in a private couples room. It was sooo romantic.
The only thing that went wrong was that the Jacuzzi stopped bubbling after about 10 min, but that was fixed pretty quickly. We had a great soak for about half an hour, dried up, and received a relaxing massage and facial. It was wonderful.
GUYS - BRING YOUR GIRLFRIENDS HERE FOR EXTRA BROWNIE POINTS.

great for group parties. For Christmas, we put together a surprise birthday party for one of my girlfriends. We had 6 people in the entire party and we had massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. The facilities were beautifully decorated for us and we had drinks and pizza served. It was amazing!! and we had a great time just relaxing here. I would definitely come back here again for my mother's birthday....the service was very professional and the staff was so friendly.

two thumbs up. I came in for the romance package with my boyfriend (jacuzzi, massage, mani & pedi). Two thumbs up! Friendly service and very accommodating. Will definitely come again! :)

excellent service. I had the romance package with my girlfriend. We had the jacuzzi for a while, and then aromatherapy massages and manicures and pedicures. the service was excellent and very professional

heard about this place online... I got the mini pakage with the massage, mini facial, pedicure and manicure. it was really good and relieved stress. my favorite part was the massage. She got every part of my body and everything technique she used felt wonderful!

great service. I found this place through yellow pages. I had a massage done by Alice and it was pretty relaxing. The service was great and the people there were so nice
