DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!. The delivery took an hour, when the SeamlessWeb estimate said 20-30 minutes. When he arrived, the driver called and told me to come outside and get my food. WHAT??? I called the shop, and two different people assured me that this is their policy, their drivers only come to your building – they expect you to come get your pizza from their car! Not a joke, they're totally serious. They should tell you this when you place a delivery order, as this is NOT standard or expected delivery service. I cancelled my order and told them to take the pizza back. I don't pay extra (SeamlessWeb processing fee and delivery fee) for crap service. Their pizza is processed, gloppy and gross anyway, I was just starving and too lazy to go get cash to order from my local pizza place that doesn't take credit cards. Papa John's – NEVER AGAIN.
