Awful service

Just this past sunday Iwent to applebees with my family expecting to have a nice,delicious dinner but unfortunately it turned out to be a complete waste of my time and money. To begin with just the appetizers took about 35 minutes to arrive.. Now. My mother and father ordered steaks.. Well the weitress never asked them how they wanted their steak cooked.. So 45 minutes later when our food finally arrived.. We were all so upset and to make things worse.. My chicken was dry and burnt..the broccoli was so overcooked and dry but anyway.. Now the steaks were competely burnt.. They looked black so I tell the waitress to please give me a new one because those were unedible so she does so.another 30 minutes go by and we finally get our steaks.. This time completely raw. So I tell the waitress to please change it again. So she comes back with the very same piece that had been cut only a tad more grilled but still raw. Furious after all this horrible service I decide to speak to the manager and I wasn't surprised to see how he did nothing to fix the problem. All he did was give us a free dessert and he took off one of the 2 raw steaks we got. I can confidently say that. I will never step a foot at this applebbes again and I'll make sure people I know won't either.

I like the beers I get and the fiesta lime chicken and southwestern mexican rice with tomatoes and tortilla chips, and when they used to serve the quesidillas as the appetizers, on the downside if you order a burger like my Dad did or most people I know, you will walk out hungry, and Applebees neighborhood grill could tend to be pricey..........

• Cons: You have a long wait untill your meal comes, but it's worth
