Super Expensive, Clueless Staff, and Poorly Made Merchandise.
If you go to this store, you are on your own. Nobody who works here will be able to tell you where to find any items. Or perhaps the people who work here simply don't feel like interacting with customers. Whatever it is, it's not friendly or helpful. The items that are here are not what you would find at Target or at a typical Toys-R-Us. There are lots of wooden toys for baby, overpriced art supplies, and toys that are for kids who are interested in science. In addition, there are some of extremely expensive dolls here and decorative items for a child's musings that only a wealthy person could afford. This store brags that they have a birthday gift registry for children so that kids can register for their birthday gifts. Apparently, no other toy stores do this. Do you want to know why other toy stores do not have toy registries? It's because dictating to your little friends that you would like to have the $25.00 iron fairy, and any other ridiculously priced item is rude. Please watch out for the very trendy Slap Watches that they sell at the register. I have purchased two of them and two were given to my daughters as gifts. ALL of them had a malfunction or broke within a week. When I spoke to the salespeople there on all four occasions, they said that is is store policy that they do not take back broken toys (even if they are defective) and to contact the manufacturer. Good luck at Toy Space!
