I want to like this store. I went in to shop and the woman behind the counter said hello and then went back to her iphone or blackberry and talking to someone she must have known because they continued their conversation. I did buy some stuff, but the woman there wasn't friendly, wasn't helpful, she was grouchy. I don't think this was one of the owners as I've seen their great website. Hope they find better help. I'll try to come back again because it's a really super idea.

Best customer service and cool stuff. I love this store. When I was there, one of the owners Marcy was there and she was so friendly to me and every person who walked in. She went out of her way to help us. While I didn't find exactly what I wanted, a snowsuit, I did walk out with some nice stuff. I will definitely come back.

More than a store. More like a community!. I took a trip to Still Hip today and it was amazing! I felt like I was in a small community bookstore, but this is just for kids and parents. I'm not sure what the previous poster is talking about, bec. I got 2 zutano rompers and a catamini dress for my 8 month old for far less than we would pay retail. And although they are used, they were in pristine condition. Along with the clothing, my daughter got to crawl around on the rug in the play area while I shopped. I was able to hang out and nurse and even talk to a few other parents about activities in the neighborhood to take my daughter to. The owner was super friendly. She recommended a few things in my daughter's size and even jumped to grab something from the pile of things on it's way to be hung up, just bec. she thought I would like it. When do you get service like that? Over all I would say this was the most perfect shopping experience I've had with my child. I know I'm going to be a regular!

Good concept, terribly disappointing execution. I was really excited about the concept of this resale boutique. However, the reality was more than disappointing. Despite claiming on their website that they accept only high-end brands of baby and kid gear for resale, the items they have for sale are mostly low-end brands like Carter's or Old Navy (I saw the same Old Navy bathing suit I just bought my son for $6.50 brand new - marked at $5.00 used at StillHip). Not that there is anything wrong with those brands (we purchase them all the time), but they hardly qualify as high-end, and the resale prices are nearly as high as getting the items new. Also, a lot of the items for sale are in shabby, threadbare condition. So, if you plan on dropping off nice, nearly new items, you should be aware that there may not be items of equivalent quality and condition to purchase with your store credit.

Great Clothes/Great People/Great Family Neighborhood Spot. I recently found out about this store and took a bunch of my daughter's clothes there. I ended up with a good credit amount and was able to shop for some great clothes for her. The staff is cheerful and helpful, they offer classes for kids in the neighborhood and its a great place to meet other parents and kids. I will be back!
