Unbelievably Happy

I had been in some pain for a while with my back and legs. I never really had a massage and I knew of some salons and spas in Bay Ridge. Walking by and seeing the beautiful window displays I stopped in the Green Spa. Not realizing how big it is inside, I was greeted by an adorable friendly receptionist who spoke to me like she knew me for years took me on a tour through a beautifully decorated, calm 3 floor spa. I immediately booked a massage for my first time and came back a few days later.
My Massage was excellent I instantly felt better. My massage therapist was very knowledgable and explained to me what and where the pain was and why I was feeling it. She also showed me some stretches to do which I try to do as often as possible. I was extremely comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire experience there. I had a a nice soft robe to change into and sat in a peaceful room before my massage.
I would absolutely go back because I never wanted to leave. There menu is full of innovative cool things I have never even heard of and I want to try everything!!!!!!
- Pros: super friendly staff,down to earth front desk,felt at home

Horrible service !

I wanted to give myself a birthday treat. I went to this spa. My massage therapist was 25 mins late and the quality of my massage wasn't good at all. I told her several times about my weak left knee, but she either did not understand or did not care. She continued to apply the same amount of pressure. My left knee was so sore after the massage. I will never go back.

Trust me...save your money and dont waste it on any other place.. Come here they give the best massages ever. The employees are sweethearts and everyone makes you feel so comfortable. From when you walk in to when you walk out you have a smile on your face
