That's the Last Straw, Jerks!. I've been to KD several times and supidly gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time they were rude to me for no apparent reason. The jerks who work at KD need a major customer service overhaul. I've dealt with at least five different cashiers/cooks and only one guy has been courteous. The rest of them were sarcastic or rude over the phone for delivery, and condescending in person at the restaurant itself! I ate at KD with some friends this weekend, and when they got my order wrong, they refused to correct THEIR mistake and then got upset at ME as if it was MY FAULT! All they had to do was redo my order, but instead, they gave me friends and me a LECTURE! KD seems to have forgotten who keeps them in business -- and now they've lost ours.

Great Food--HORRIBLE service. Unfortunately the food is good...greasy but good! However, the rude/cocky service will keep me away from this cramped little burger joint. I went in & ordered a HOT DOG MEAL and they served me a chicken sandwhich. I politely explained the mix-up and they went off on how I made the mistake and ordered wrong...then they complained the whole time AND accused me of being drunk! Luckily my friends vouched that I indeed ordered correctly but that it wasn't a big deal and all I wanted was a hot dog. I was ready to pay the difference. :( The cook & cashier were adamant on proving me wrong. Instead of all of us just laughing it off...they lost about five regular customers. :(

What we really needed here!. It's funny with all the crazy exotic food in the area when you want something simple fast and good it wasnt around, I tried this place last friday night I think almost 2am and it was real great I had a burger and my bf had the sliders and we where both amazed, the prices are not city prices and thats great, I like to complain allot but havent found anything to complain about this place yet :-)

best burger in williamsburg. KD has their burger down. Its simple but delicious! better than any BBQ or bar i have ever been too. They are quite friendly and pretty fast for a made to order burger joint. I have not had anything else on the menu but have had the burger and fries many times food is consisitant. and the great thing about it its a huge burger for 4 bucks!
