Reliable and Helpful !. Thanks Pol American for helping me out ! Needed to rent chairs and tables very last minute. They gave me a great price and a discount and were able to deliver before the party with enough time for me to get ready. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

What I liked the best was unlike with other party rentals , you guys did not charge any extra fees for not having 24 hour notice and the items you sent me were in great condition

Helpful and Reliable !!. These guys are really helpful. Whether it be a week in advance or a 24 hour before order they can always help me out.

The prices are great. Not to expensive which in these times in a plus. Customer service rocks , really helpful and nice.

Never had a problem with time. Always on time for deliveries and pick ups and they do give like 2 calls for heads up which is good.

My husband and I are always pleased when using Pol American. I do recommend this company for anyone who doesn't want to spend a fortune but does want along with quanity , good quality and to make there party great !

Best Party Rental in Sunset Park !. There are a lot of party rentals to choose from in Brooklyn. But for me living in Sunset Park there is only one to choose from and that would be Pol American Party Rental.

These guys have unbelievable cheap prices. The quality of the items is always in good or excellent condition. I have never had to complain or exchange or cancel anything I have yet to order.

The customer service is another plus. I can ask a billion questions more than once and the Joanna is always patient always helps me out. and the fact that she always gets us a discount for my family and I well is another reason we keep coming back.

Be it Thanksgiving,Christmas,birthday or wedding even this is our choice for party rental.

I would highly recommend to al my family and friends.!!

Best Prices in the Neighborhood !. My family and I are budget smart so for any parties we usually do them at home or rent halls. And time and time again we always get our chairs,tables,linens and a few different items from Pol American. They have a really nice variety of linens (colors) to personalize each party and with us trying to save a few bucks each time they always are able to give us a nice discount at the end.

I do and would recommend this place to my friends and family. They do have one of the best customer services around. There is never a hold or wait , the quotes are done within a few minutes, always so patient and polite.

They do have some fun items we have rented in the past - popcorn machine and they did not charge us for the supplies (free bonus :-) ) and whenever I also rent the chocolate fountain they include all for no extra fee which is really nice.

This is the party rental of choice for me and it will definitely stay that way.

Reliable Party Rental !. I work for a church in Brooklyn and time and time again we have used a different party rental for about 5 years now. Recently they had not even given me 24 hour notice and had cancelled my order said that they over booked. Well I guess my prayers were answered when I found Pol American. They were able to help me and even deliver in such a short notice. I had even been able to get the same items for such a better price. I was saving around $450 with the great discount Joanne was able to get me. I do have to say this is truly a good honest company. They did not reject me or say no they were able to help me with everything and that is why I have changed to this being my default contact party rental. Thank you so much !! You all really do not understand how greatful we are. God Bless !! From Tammy and all !

Pleasure Working With This Company !. Recently I was planning my sister's baby shower. Searched all over for a decent party rental. I came up with this company using Citysearch.

It was really easy and fast. I worked with Joanna who was a doll , helped me out so much. She was very patient with me being this was my first time ever using a party rental and I had no idea what to do or get.

The prices are great cheap and affordable. They dont have any minimums or any extra fees. They come on time helped me set up everything. Overall I had a great experience and I would recommend this company. I will be sure to use this company again in the future.

BEST RENTAL COMPANY !. Working with this company for about 6 years now and always a delight. Every single time they are always on time for delivery and pick up. Always are able to set up the items for us in a timely and professional manner.

No minimums here and really low prices on rentals

Always the best service and they always give us a good deal.

WORST Rental "Company" EVER. I had rented a space in NYC over the weekend to run a summer market/fair for local businesses. The event was scheduled to begin at 10am, and the delivery of tables (somewhat necessary for vendors to display their wares...) was to be between 8:30am and 9:30am. Joana at POL suggested the delivery between 8am-9am but our venue wouldn't grant access until 8:30am. When the tables still hadn't arrived by 9:45am, we called and Joana said the tables were coming from NJ and they had gotten stuck in traffic and weren't even in the city yet. At 10:30am, 30 minutes after my event was supposed to start, my vendors started dropping out because we looked unprofessional. When I called back to get an ETA on the tables, Joana said there was traffic in the Lincoln Tunnel and she had redirected the driver to turn around and take the Holland Tunnel, and it all of a sudden became at least 11:00am for delivery. Joana got defensive when I started talking about a discount for my inconvenience, saying that it was our fault because she suggested we get delivery between 8:00am and 9:00am, and they'd had to try to fit in a delivery before ours... Joana also went from ready to accept our check upon delivery as payment to only taking cash, citing the reason as "you could cancel your check before we are able to deposit it." That sounds to me like a service-provider calling me, the customer, untrustworthy. The service-provider that is over 90 minutes late for delivery, and unwilling to accept any blame for it, and in fact blaming the customer, is also telling me that if we do not agree to pay in cash, she will cancel the contract on-the-spot and tell the driver to not deliver. That sounds to me like coercion. So, I have to inconvenience myself further by paying cash, or none of the vendors that remained to participate in the summer market will have a table to display their wares... The tables finally arrived at 11:30am (and I wasn't impressed with the broken-edged quality, but I have larger complaints at this point), and the driver told me his van had broken down, and he had to wait for another van to pick him up... So which is it, Joana, traffic or the van broke down? Lying, blaming me for a late delivery, calling me untrustworthy, threatening to negate our contract, and extorting cash out of the deal? Sounds like a real legitimate company.... Don't ever do business with these frauds, they don't even understand the idea behind Customer Service.

Amazing Service,Great Prices,Overall Wonderful to work with. I used this company recently for my twins birthday party after another company (shall not mention their name) had cancelled my reservation without any prior notice.

Pol American was able to provide me with a tent,tables and chairs.The receptionist was great ,very helpful and nice to work with. All the rentals were very clean (tent,chairs white resin in a good condition like new , tables banquet style were not falling apart very sturdy)Very quick set up and break down for the tent.

They were prompt with pickup and delivery, and the prices were amazing,so afforable!I would for sure use this company again in the future for a number of different occasions. Very helpful and reliable!
