Great Return Experience. I am a mom of two girls 9 and 5 years old. We love The Green Onion!!!

We have had a handful of good experiences when we come and visit the store!

My children of course would like everything but I have to say NO. I am grateful that The Green Onion is able to cover many price points and size ranges. They now go up to size 12. I don't live in Brooklyn and I needed to return something which was a few days after the 14 day return policy but I took the time to call and talk to the owner about my concern and she was able to work with me. Most stores do have a return policy but you just have to know what they are even if you don't have the receipt. All I did was google to get the store's number and I called them and told them what it was I had received as a gift and could they get me another size. They are a small business and as a business owner myself I know how hard it can be so I appreciate them being as accommodating as they are.

I went to the store for the first time this weekend. As my two year old daughter ran around causing havoc, the wonderful staff redirected her attention to a box full of beautiful picture books and toys. Allowing me to concentrate on shopping which led me to leaving with a smile on my face and not to mention two bags bursting with unique nevertheless affordable clothes.

Thank you to the Green Onion staff for running such a smooth, fun and professional operation.

mixed feelings. the owner is mean and moody (everyone i've ever spoken with about this store agrees) but the items are lovely and one of the salespeople (the woman who looks a bit like tracy ullman) is nice.
