Awful Customer Service - Takes away from the decent food. I like the food and would even consider still going to the restaurant for a meal (despite the often romper room feel between 6 and 8PM). HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER order delivery from them again. Like a few places in park slope (who have had a modicum of success) this restaurant has good food but AWFUL customer service, an affliction that is exacerbated in the delivery process.

For example, I wanted soda with my food, they said they had coke, I asked if they had diet coke; they said yes; I get my food and it's diet coke caffeine free--- not a huge deal, just a mistake (I assume). So, I call and say, thanks so much for my order, but I ordered diet coke regular and you gave me caffeine free.

Their response- No one else has ever complained. That's just the kind we have.

My response - Ummm...okay, that doesn't make it right, they are two different products.

Their response - So next time you order don't order sodas from us b/c we just give you what we have.

My response - Really? Just a note from a customer service perspective, you should have just apologized, you made a mistake or at the very least I (a regular customer) have just paid for a product I do not want.

Their response - Oh well, don't order sodas here anymore.

My response - Crossing them off the recommended and the approved delivery lists on our refrigerator (yes, two different lists and standards) and writing this negative review.

check your bill carefully. You really can't go wrong with hibachi, for the most part. There is a set recipe for this and a great deal of what you pay for is the cooking show. The onion volcano. Cracking the egg with the spatula (although, our hibachi chef could NOT do this though he tried many times, and I got a piece of shell in my rice). I've had better hibachi, but that's okay.

What is not okay is the fact that of the three parties at our table, two of us were charged for something we did not order. Good thing we checked or we would have ended up paying an extra $25 for something we never ordered. IF YOU GO HERE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHECK YOUR BILL. I understand making mistakes, but I felt as though this was some kind of plan, considering two of the three parties at one table had the same thing happen...
