worst service ever!!!!!. I placed a delivery for large pizza at Billy's Pizzeria, the guy Luigi or Chuck the manager was very unprofessional. I was already turned off after placing my order, I should have known. Over an hour later I called to see where my pizza was. They placed me on hold for 10 mins. I asked where my pizza was, he said hold. And he just hung up on me. I called again, on hold again,again holding for awhile. He answered, hung up again. I called again, he said Billy's Pizza, hold, i said don't put me on hold, let me speak to the manager, a guy name Chuck said he was the manager. I told him what was happening, he didn't really care, just said they were just really busy. I told him I wasn't interested in getting my pizza anymore since its been like 2 hours. He was very rude, not apologetic, said they were just busy and Hung up again!!
