I found the right place. I went in to Tivoli not knowing exactly what I wanted and I ended up learning so much about the jewelry making process. They spent a lot of time with me going over different pictures and designs. In the end they showed me models made of wax which I found fascinating. The ring they made my fiancée is a one of a kind and she absolutely loves it.

excellent work - great people.
We brought some engraving work to be done for our Tree of Life. We sent them an example of what we wanted, and they copied it exactly. The people there were very friendly, and courteous.
If you want a good jewler, I highly recommend Tivoli, they have beautiful pieces and they pay attention to detail.

What a great find!!. This place is amazing! I have been searching around everywhere for a new watch. I came to Tivoli because a friend gave them a high recommendation. My friend was correct! The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick out a beautiful Movado watch! It is exactly what I was looking for and I will have it for years! I also ended up purchasing a gorgeous ring. I could not help myself they had so many special pieces!!! I cannot wait to come back and buy something special for myself again!!!!!

Great Selection at Affordable Prices. I always go to Tivoli Jewelers when it's time to pick up a gift for my girlfriend or myself. Their selection is unique, they cater to every budget, and the staff is always helpful if I'm not sure what to choose. I always search around for the best price before spending my money and Tivoli Jewelers always comes up on the top of my list. I highly recommend!

Thank you! Since we are a neighborhood store we try to be a one stop shop. When you are in a neighborhood environment such as this for so long you learn that you have to give the right price and the right Products everytime. Locations in manhattan deal with tourists and I find they feel they dont have to come through because in most cases they never see their customers again. Tivoli Jewelers has been a part of the Williamsburg community for almost two decades. We have proudly served families who now have moved out of the neighborhood but come back when they need our Repair or custom Jewelry services.

Didn't think a place like this existed in Brooklyn. On a walk through the neighborhood I found this "Gem", pardon the pun. After talking to the owner I felt like i was a customer there for years, not just someone who just walked in. By the way I love my new Tag Heuer!

Thanks AJ Let me know when you want to add to the collection. Check out the watches we make. The Tivoli watch uses the Swiss ETA Valjoux Movement and It will cost you less than the other brand you were looking at with the same Movement.

Brooklyns best. My Girlfriend loves Tacori and after some research I found a great place that has it.They carry such a large selection of Tacori engagement rings and not only did they help me find the perfect ring for her, they also assisted me with finding the perfect diamond, at a great price. I strongly recommend Tivoli Jewelers as the on stop shop for engagement rings.

Large selection. Recently I went to the store and was impressed by the large selection of jewelry, watches and specialty pieces. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all of my questions.

I ve worked for Tivoli Jewelers for Years, Moved to Florida worked there for other companies and moved back happy to still have my position. In all my working experience I have never had a better job or better enviornment I feel its my family. Please come in and ask me and my associates about it. Not to mention, we are never spoken to in a public setting. Its unfortunate people can make anonymous and clearly uniformed accusations on the internet. Thanks for shopping at Tivoli. Pandora Heaven. I have traveled the east coast looking for certain Pandora beads. I found the lost city of Pandora, Its at Tivoli Jewelers! But seriously I could really go crazy there.

Largest Bridal selection Ive Seen Yet. I spent what felt like weeks on the computer researching diamonds on every website so that I would know what to buy and at what price. It turns out I would have saved a lot of time if I would have gone to Tivoli first. They explained to me everything it took weeks to learn in about ten minutes. What’s even better is that I was able to learn actually looking at diamonds with the Ideal scope. They helped me find an ideal cut diamond at the lowest price. I’m ready to help my friends buy a ring now.
