Best hair salon. I go there every week and the service has been consistently great. Sometimes it gets a little crowded on weekends, but for a good reason. The attentive staff is pretty great even when it gets crowded. Highlights are very reasonably priced compared to all the local places. The results were also awesome. I got many compliments. I've been to the other similarly priced places in the Bay Ridge area, but it just wasn't the same. Highly recommended.

Inexpensive styling. Hair Culture is right in the middle of Bay Ridge. Cheap hair cuts and quick fast service. They do great high light and dying jobs for way less than other places. A bit of a language barrier, there asian but bring a picture along to show them what you want. They are pretty spot on and the head massages during the shampooing are like heaven. Do bring something to read or IPod for a time killer. Love them.
