Worst Management in the world. This company profits off of the back of poor people seeking affordable housing!!! I mailed in my application for one of their apartments and I was told that they received the application but did not receive the money orders. I submitted another money order out of my desperate need for an apartment, this time in person. I had the other money orders I submitted earlier traced only to have it come back that the money orders were cashed by the same company who said they did not receive them! I have been fighting with them for fours months now to get back my money and the only response I get is that they will look into it. You can only speak to the secretaries and have no access to any of the managers. I did get the apartment and after hand delivering my rent to the office I receive a letter a few days later that I was being charged a late fee for not submitting my rent. I am now in another battle about that in addition to the money orders!! Avoid them if not keep your receipts!!!!

Terrible Management Company. I've been living in this building since last September. What a mistake!

They put you through an extensive approval process to live in the building. This makes you think they take things very seriously and will be diligent. DO NOT BE FOOLED!

First, the apartment was filthy when we moved in. They had barely cleaned it. On the first day, we discovered that the stove only had two working burners. For the next ten months, I had to call weekly to see why they weren't fixing it. Because their repair people only work 9-4pm, I had to take multiple days off of work to schedule repairs. But, I would sit there and no one would show. When I would call to tell them no one had shown up to fix anything (when I had an appointment for things to be fixed) they would just say the person was running late or we would need to reschedule. ,

Juanita, who is the main contact person for the building is very unpleasant to deal with. She is rude, doesn't return phone calls, and very unorganized.

They recently raised the prices of the washer and dryers by 75 cents per machine. But the half of the dryers still do not work! When you call to ask why this is, Juanita will just tell you "Sorry, that's the way it is."

There have also been multiple break-ins (inside jobs where keys were used to break in!) in the last year and a half, yet management refuses to do anything. It wasn't until a tenant called and made a big fuss that they even put a notice up letting people know that another break-in had occurred.

Fort Greene is a fantastic place to live, but this building is truly horrendous!
