Refused to honor order. I was frustrated to find that even though Jive Turkey takes orders through delivery-dot-com and specifically says it will deliver to my building (which is 8/10th of a mile from them), they refused to honor an order I placed through delivery-dot-com, saying they decided--half an hour after I placed the order--that it was "too far". According to the delivery-dot-com rep I spoke with on the phone, it is the restaurant's responsibility to alert delivery-dot-com of any changes in delivery range. The fact that they haven't done so means they are clearly obligated to honor the order. Very aggravating and poor business practice.

Not so hot turkey.
I am not one to usually write a bad review, but I was compelled to after a call in lunch order for a co-worker and myself. We work right off of Myrtle Ave and try to support all businesses for in office lunches as much as possible. We had not checked out this place, so we researched their menu, called in and went and picked up. At first glance I was impressed. Nice website, good looking pictures, delivering turkeys nationwide! I thought, finally good fresh food on Myrtle!
I was really disappointed when my co-worker returned with a prepacked "Wawa" looking salad and a smashed greezy grilled sandwich for himself. At WaWa's prices, I could understand, but Jive Turkey aint cheap and personally, the images you see online are decieving. Taste, average if that.
I think the concept is admirable and I support them in their efforts. However, this eat in lunch was a clear answer as to why I never saw the restaurant busy!
