Ruined my rugs, now won't return calls

We selected ABC based on very good reviews here. A nice gentleman came to pick up the rugs and they were delivered back 2-3 weeks later. When opened the bags, noticed the rugs were severely damaged, quite obvious they were machine washed, as opposed to hand washed, which is what we paid for. Very expensive handmade rugs - completely disregarded the quality! Called several times but no luck in getting to return calls from the management. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

• Pros: Pick up, fast
• Cons: Dishonest, Damaged my rugs

They came and picked up my rugs right on time, and brought them back right on time. I felt they were really easy to deal with, and I will recomend them to all my friends and family!
