Manhattanite goes to Brooklyn for pilates

When Nicole told me she was opening her own studio in Brooklyn, I was happy and sad at the same time. She is the best instructor I have ever had, but I live in Manhattan and wasn't sure about going to Brooklyn for pilates (even if it was with Nicole.) Well, I am truly glad I made the trip! The Pilates Boutique is a quick subway ride away and the space is beautiful! It feels great to work out there, comfortable, soothing and spacious are words that come to mind. The atmosphere is so welcoming and Nicole's instruction continues to be fantastic! I highly recommend The Pilates Boutique for individual instruction and classes- it is a great place to work out!

Best private workout I've ever had!

I had been referred to Nicole by colleagues and friends for years and lucked out that she opened her own studio soon after I listened to them. The Pilates Boutique has all new equipment and wonderful service. Nicole and her staff are very flexible and work with students at all levels. It is the first private workout I've ever done and I wouldn't go back. Nicole's focus and attention, not mention awesome, soothing personality is impossible to beat. Even on my most stressful days or after a long run (I'm training for a marathon) she gets me going quickly and I leave feeling strong, healthy, more agile, egergetic and **relaxed**! If you haven't tried pilates, you must and if you are much more experienced than me, there's no better place to challenge yourself than at The Pilates Boutique.
