Disappointing!

I am really surprised by all of these good reviews though it is why I selected Tommy in the first place. He was hardly responsive from the getgo but I figured that was because he was so good so I tolerated it. He was a noshow for one appointment and never called after I had already left work early. Frustrating enough. However, my biggest complaint is that he ignored the insight from prior owners’ gardening attempts and our garden’s shade conditions which I stressed to him many times and unfortunately failed with the majority of the stuff he planted. While he did refund the money for the three most expensive items (which were COMPLETE failures), I haven’t heard anything from him on the other items. He continues to ignore my emails. I do understand that gardening is extremely challenging and unpredictable but I had expected an “expert” gardener would have at least tried a second time instead of just giving up (AND ignoring the customer)! Very disappointing and not very professional!

Urban Green City Gardens completely changed my terrace!

I recently relocated here from LA and was missing all my greenery and flowers. I had a rundown balcony in Windsor Terrace that they completely transformed. Both Thomas Little and Anthony Siniscalchi worked with me and they took the time to draw up various design plans and plant options - taking into consideration the size of my terrace, the sun and shade and the seasons in NY.

They answered all my questions, explored all my options and worked with my budget.

Now when I look out it's like being on the West Coast again. I love these guys!!

• Cons: Not one!!
