I just started the monthly membership, which is a great price. I can drop my dog off any time, staff is always friendly. My dog has a blast there. He pulls me in, every time I drop him off.

Horrible Experience! I brought my dog there for about 3-4 months. When my roommate went to pick up my dog he was bleeding from the shoulder, deep enough that you could see his muscle. The kid working there didn't even know he was bleeding, and my roommate noticed the shoulder as she went to put his harness on. My poor dog had about a inch wound in his shoulder that had looked like it had been bleeding for awhile. After a $250 vet bill and still 4 days left on my pre-paid package, they did not want to pay for anything, and i was surely not going to bring my dog back there. After talking to them, they said that he was bit on the way out the door, which is not true, my roommate was there and watched him come into the office area. So I should get the 4 days i had left on the package returned to me, because it was in fact neglect- I mean how long had my poor dog been hurt?? After many lies from Bark and Play and much frustration, thank god my dog is ok, please spread the word, I wouldn't want anyone else's dog to be hurt because of this irresponsibly run business. Do not take your dog here, the business is poorly run, and I really don't care about the money anymore. It just makes me sad that these people are watching after people's beloved pets.
Cons: Irresponsible staff, horrible costumer service, unorganized, not safe
