Worst service EVER

I went in to get my GRADO headphones fixed. That was back in March this year. After I haden't heard back from them I went back about 3 weeks ago to get the headphones back, assuming they were fixed. The sales lady had the lamest excuse that GRADO was "difficult to contact"!

Today I went back in and the guy mumbled something like they were still at GRADO. I thought I didn't hear properly, so I asked whether the phones were still at GRADO or whether they had them back. And if they had them, I wanted them back immediately. Of course they still had them, unfixed. I asked the purposely silly question whether they would need an invitation from GRADO for sending stuff in. He was sassy enough to say yes. I can't believe it!!

From the other reviews with low crediting here, I can tell that they probably don't do service for things that weren't bought at their store at all! Further, I can't believe that GRADO has them as an official dealer of theirs. How does GRADO go together with such a bad dealer? Beats me.

Never ever go there if you want something to be repaired. They simply won't do it! As someone else pointed out here, they seem to be more concerned about their looks and supercool behavior.

I hope they go out of business. Voila!

Wonderland

My life feels a little more complete now that I've found such an amazing store. All the design products will make you go "ohmygod that's so cool!" and the audio sections are sweeeeeet! I could've spent forever inside, marveling at the sheer coolness of it all. The staff is really chill, and knows their stuff, and they play awesome music through some of the best sound systems I've ever heard, hands down. I'm already excited for my next day off, because I'm definitely going to be doing some shopping (and it's always money well-spent at Dijital Fix). Dijital Fix is a must.

• Pros: Quality cool. The staff was actually stylish AND smart. Affordable. Ambience.
• Cons: Addicting.

This spot is definitely worth checking out. Cool people who know everything about electronics to get you set up. Awesome display of gadgets from headphones to cool, unique design items. Definitely the place to find one of a kind and nicely priced gifts. Knowledgeable staff. Great music. Highly recommended. An awesome find!
