Recently opened and it shows!. Ever since it opened a couple of months ago, I have been wanting a Crispy Chicken Bowl. So, today we decided ahead of time to treat ourselves. I wish I had stayed home and cooked. They were not very busy and it took the hostess about five minutes to seat us...we were the only ones waiting. Then we waited for the waitress to show up. The beer my boyfriend ordered didn't come until the food did. And ALL the food came at once, appetizer and entrees. We told the guy we didn't want everything at one time so he gave us the appetizer and put our entrees under the heat lamp. The second time our waitress came to the table, she brought us the entrees and we never saw her again. I had to get up and get the to go containers for our leftovers and if the manager hadn't come by, we probably would not have gotten the check. The only redeeming thing was that that manager didn't make us pay for the appetizer because of the mess up. The staff is nice, but they don't know customer service.
