Broken Item. Painful return process.. I bought a bag here that broke after 1 use. Seeing how it comes with a lifetime warranty, I sent it back at my own expense for repair.

This item was deemed unrepairable after many weeks of waiting and I was offered a store credit. Don't want the store credit for another broken item, just want my money back for the pricey bag I never got to use.

First experience with Brooklyn Industries and not a good one at that.

Brooklyn Industries takes pride in its zip code. There are tons of T-shirts emblazoned with everything from the L line to Brooklyn Lager. Reasonable prices match the laid-back attitude. With a nice selection of fuzzy sweater, weathered jeans, stylish sneakers and trendy jackets, Brooklyn Industries is not unlike--eek!--a Brooklyn Urban Outfitters.
