Yet another Harlem establishment w/prices WAY ahead of the neighborhood. Why does every new business in the 'new' Harlem charge prices only seen in London or the Hamptons?? The people living in this area are not all rich and the neighborhood has a LONG way to go before it's the upper east side. $10 for a pannini or a tomato, mozzaralla and basil plate is absurd in Harlem or almost any area of NYC for that matter. The food was fine, not amazing, service yes slow and unattentive, and they tried to charge us $2 for a refill of regular coffee after the non-english speaking Russian waitress said there was no charge..."I'll refund your money THIS TIME" the manager says...well that's friggin' great 'cause there will be no next time. LOWER YOUR FOOD PRICES and learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE is and Harlem will be more than hot, it will be SMOKIN'!!!…

Best strawberry shortcake. We were walking in the heat and stopped by Settepani to grab an iced drink but ended up eating their strawberry shortcakes and cheesecakes. The cheesecake was fantastic, but the strawberry shortcake was INCREDIBLE. The cream and shortcake itself were light and fluffy - just what strawberry shortcake should be.

They undercharged us ($10 instead of $16.50) for 3 cakes and 2 drinks and refused to take any more money from us when we offered. We did leave a $5 tip for the amazing service and cakes.

Note: there is only 1 table in there for seating. A slice of shortcake is $2.50 and an entire cake is just $14.…
