The Scene – Metallic blue paint and chrome ceiling fans accentuate a row of 25 two-top tables, each set with one ketchup squeeze-bottle. The suggestion is uniformity and modernism, but the service offers a warm contrast to the steely decor. After ordering at the counter, Brooklyn bohos rely on the staff to keep a close eye on the tables and refill sodas as necessary. – – The Food – Eleven varieties of burger, including beef, turkey and vegetarian, anchor the menu. The Blue Burger boasts bleu cheese and bacon--in bits rather than strips, to ensure that the flavor…

I LIKE TO EAT THESE BURGERS BUT MY DAD TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD NOT EAT HERE ANYMORE. HE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO SACRIFICE WHAT YOU LIKE TO MAKE A POINT. I ASKED "CAN WE NOT TIP THEM?" BUT I LEARNED THATS NOT ENOUGH. YOU SHOULD BE NICER AND MAYBE YOU WON'T HAVE TO LOSE ANYMORE CUSTOMERS.
- Pros: GOOD CHEESE BURGER
- Cons: MEAN PEOPLE
BAD MANAGMENT RESULTS IN LOSS OF BUSINESS
by PFC
Matt the unprofessional manager. On 5/1/09 we had a VERY negative experience with manager "matt" who I will refer to as the nasty Manager. The experience was so terrible that after ordering, we had to leave. Specifically, after there being a mix up with the order, he came over in a very accusatory tone, failed to resolve the issue and only aggravated the situation. He insulted my husband and I in front of our family and friends. Mat is simply in the WRONG line of work. He is so NOT a people person. In fact, he cannot handle error on behalf of his employees and expects more of his customers than he expects of himself. he is NOT courteous, NOT professional, and NOT respectful--qualities necessary to the management of a restaurant, especially a complicated burger joint.
- Pros: good food
- Cons: poor service
Remember: It's not an Internet cafe

I like the food here even if it was a little outrageously priced. The burger was well-cooked and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had.
I sat for a while after finishing my lunch doing some work on my laptop. The manager eventually came over and asked if he could get me anything. The implication was that he didn't want me hanging out in his half-full-at-lunch-hour establishment.
Then he noticed I had plugged into the electrical outlet. "Did you ask anyone if you could do that?" Me, " I didn't know I needed to - after all I just spend $17 on fast food". He, "This isn't an internet cafe." I smell greed. I won't be back.
Every place is an internet cafe since I'm staring at the manager/owner even as I type this - without his electricity or anyone's network connection but my own. Join the 21st century or get left behind.
- Pros: They had really good onion rings
- Cons: The manager's personality
