I have regular cleaning done on my carpets but what I'm really grateful for is the times when I've had to schedule a carpet cleaning for an emergency. Flat rate makes it easy to setup fast appointments when you really need them.

My Upholstery looks new again!. I was hosting a party at my place and I wanted my house to look bright and clean and the only part of my home that needed some work was the upholstery.

So I could either get new furniture, re-upholster my furniture or have it cleaned professionally. I opted to have it cleaned and I was very impressed with the results. These guys at flat rate do really good work.

Great Repair Service.. I love my old rugs and I want to keep them as long as possible. Flate Rate repaired some small tears I had on my rugs. They have a very easy to use pickup and drop off system. Next time I need a cleaning I'll give them a try.

Just great. Im really happy with this company, its definitely the best carpet cleaning company i've worked with so far, the prices were great, and my rug looks better than i thought it could

a quick thank you. I only had them clean a sofa, but I can day they did an excellent job with that, and I would definitely use them in the future for carpets too

Quick and easy....my favorite. Excuse the potentially crude title, but it really is true. Flat Rate came out and within an hour had cleaned 2 rooms of my filthy carpet. I set up the appointment only yesterday and now I no longer need to worry about it. Now that's my favorite!

carpet cleaned!. Unfortunately during dinner the other night my kids spilt a bottle of wine all over a couple dining room chairs and onto the carpet. I called up Flat Rate Carpet the next day and they were able to clean the chairs and the carpet that afternoon. They were friendly, efficient, and very reasonable.
