nightmare boutique

It was a sunny saturday afternoon and i was looking for a decent dress shirt. I walk into BlueRose boutique and started asking about shirts i saw a few of them and it was really overpriced. Sometimes you figure just because the store is near you that its convenient and it helps, turned out to be wrong the owner is kind of rude. The rude individual acted as though time was too precious for giving help and not very patient.

Wow, your experience sounds horrible. I've only been there once, and I agree they are quite overpriced!

Should a hat made in China cost $50 when it probably cost 50 cents to make?

Either way, I bought the hat - hey it was cute!

Terrible customer service, snotty owner

If you value your hard earned money, beware of shopping at Blue Rose. I was a loyal customer of this seemingly nice local store for several years, however, after a recent experience I will never shop there again. After wearing a sweater I bought there once, three of the buttons fell off. Because the sweater came with no replacement buttons, I brought the sweater back to the store assuming this local business would be happy to either replace the buttons or give me a new sweater. Not the case. I was told that the sale was final. After several weeks of the owner not returning my calls, I was finally told that my request was against there policy and after I told the owner I had been shopping there for years, and all I wanted was for her to fix the sweater, not refund my money, she rudely said she would "be happy to never see my face in her store again." I strongly urge against purchasing anything at this store. Their merchandise is overpriced, poorly made, and the owner is a rude, elitist snob.
