Horrible customer service!. I bought a ring from zoe's online site. It was a final sale and they charged my credit card. 4 days later, they sent me an email saying that they sold my ring to someone else and too bad for me. They didn't even apologize. This is horrendous customer service and I highly recommend avoiding any store that treats it's customers this way. Zoe is a very high end store and they should treat their customers with respect.

Finally! A great place to shop in Dumbo. I've lived in Dumbo for 5 years and have slowly watched its transition into the upscale neighborhood it is today. I was so excited when Zoe finally opened last November because I now have a Manhattan caliber store just outside my door. Their selection is amazing and I feel that they've chosen the best of the best from each collection. Whether it's a Stella McCartney trench, a 3.1 Phillip Lim dress or a pair of Jimmy Choo's, I always walk out loving what I've bought. And the sales girls are always so friendly and they make me feel like they are genuinely excited to see me, unlike some of the other stores in Brooklyn. Definitely a store worth checking out if you haven't already and it is definitely another Dumbo Desitnation, right up there with Jacques Torres.

Love this Place. Growing up outside Princeton Zoe has been one of my favorite spots for years. I always manage to squeeze in a stop when I head home for the holidays. So happy to hear that it's migrating north. Can't wait to check out the new location. Whether its jeans, sweaters, dresses, skirts or shoes, I always walk out with a "must have."...or at least that's how I like to justify my purchases.

A Must Have!. If there is one Must Have on your shopping list this season, it must be a stop to Zoe!!! My parents live in Princeton, NJ, the birthplace of the first Zoe. Everytime I visit my parents, I also visit Zoe. I can't help but leave with a bag full of goodies. This store has everything that a girl could possibly dream of!! Zoe carries everything from great basics like Splendid and James Perse to high end designers like Miu Miu and Zac Posen, with alot of exquisite designers in between. The shoe and handbag selections are enough to make want to spend your whole bank account in one stop.

If there is ever a time that you need assistance with anything, the friendly staff is always more than happy to help. They have helped me pick out some really rockin' outfits, for a few different occassions. Being a resident of Dumbo, I am counting down the days to the Zoe opens right in my neighborhood. Believe me you will be just as addicted as I am to this fantastic store!!!

A fashion lovers must stop. Since my days back in boarding school in Princeton I've always loved Zoe. So happy to know they're bringing it to Brooklyn! This is a must stop for anyone who is in the know, or craves being in the know in fashion. They always carry the "right" stuff...from great jeans, cocktail dresses, cute knits, sweaters, handbags, shoes, and fun jewelry to accessorize. The best part is that they have awesome sales staff to help you mix and match and put everything together. Super helpful and friendly which is much needed in a store with so much awesome gear! MUCH NEEDED IN DUMBO!

"Serious Style". This is one fantastic boutique for clothing, handbags, and jewerly! I have spent lots of money in this place. Labels such as Mayle, Matthew Williamson, Marc Jacobs, and Miu Miu are mainstays. Their selection of denim is always well-stocked. The handbag selection absolutely rocks! The website is pretty amazing too. If you want to carry something no one else will have, Zoe is the place. The Princeton location is always my first stop for a formal event or a t-shirt and jeans night out...either way, you will look effortlessly amazing! I can't wait to see what's in store for this new Brooklyn location!!

I Heart Zoe. I heard Zoe was opening a second store in Dumbo and almost wet my pants. I spent all my "food and books" money there in college, whether it was for the latest-and-greatest pair of jeans or for the bold formal dress that no one else would have. No matter how I walked into the store (sometimes feeling lost and frumpy), I'd always walk out a regular fashionista. Since college, I've lived in both LA and New York--no slouches when it comes to fashion and style. But, I have yet to find a store that provides the same range of designers and shopping experience as Zoe. Thanks to Zoe Dumbo, my search for a shop as great stops here!

Best Selection of Clothes I've Ever Seen. I live in Dumbo and have been counting down the days until this location opens. Being from New Jersey, I've been shopping in Zoe since the Princeton location opened back in 1995. I spoke to a salesgirl in the Princeton store a few months back and I hear the Brooklyn store will have the same mix of designers and a complete shoe and handbag section. Finally Dumbo will have a place for us to shop and I won't have to take the train into Manhattan anymore! This store carries a great mix of companies and there's something for everyone. They have every denim brand worth having as well as a range from t-shirts to designer gowns. The perfect place to find your favorite weekend outfit and a dress for a special occasion. I've been walking by the store almost everyday since it's been under construction and from what the construction looks like, I think this store will be even better.
