i am close to this place but can tell you that the elote staff love taking care of their peeps. they have turned this place around from mere "just another hang out place" to a destination place on union ave!!
the back yard is delightful and worth the trip.
margaritas are strong and wont break your bank account. i strongly suggest checking it out!

Enjoy a large selection of tasty items during their weekend brunch.
What to Drink:
House margaritas ($8) on the rocks come with a bit too much ice--order them straight up, or for a quicker buzz, order from the dozens-strong list of tequilas and mezcals.
When to Go:
A limited "saloon" menu is served every day from 4pm to 6pm, and also on Friday and Saturday from 12pm to 2am.
Brunch:
The $11 brunch is a irresistible deal--each meal comes with coffee or tea and a cocktail.
